Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Our client, a leader in mechanical power transmission solutions, is looking for a highly organised Compliance Coordinator to deliver top-notch administrative support to the Security Controller (SC) and senior managers. This role is critical to keeping personnel and security data up-to-date, ensuring compliance and building strong internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver thorough administrative support for Personnel and Physical Site Security.
  • Assist in pre-vetting checks (BPSS) and support the National Security Vetting process.
  • Maintain and monitor the Personnel Security Vetting register to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate security awareness sessions and manage aftercare for SC/DV clearances.
  • Issue, manage, and update site access passes.
  • Assist with asset management, controlling, storing, and auditing protectively marked materials.
  • Support policy and procedure updates in Personnel and Physical Security, keeping databases and registers current.
  • Contribute to streamlining processes and supporting security-related projects.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, aiding in audits and inspections.
