As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students across various year groups, ensuring continuity in their education in the absence of the regular class teacher. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the schools curriculum and policies. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all students' needs. Follow lesson plans and adapt them as necessary to meet the diverse needs of the students. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a focused and productive learning atmosphere. Assess and record student progress, providing feedback to both students and the school leadership as required. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning across the school. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Uphold the schools values and ethos, contributing to the overall well-being and development of students. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in primary education is desirable but not essential. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and key stage requirements. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of varying abilities. Good organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments.
