We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Senior Educational Teaching Assistants (ETAs) who are passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of children. Day-to-day of the role:- Inspire trust and confidence in pupils and colleagues.
- Build team commitment and foster a collaborative environment.
- Engage and motivate pupils with autism to achieve their best.
- Be a flexible, reflective, and self-evaluating practitioner.
- Take positive action to improve the quality of learning throughout the school.
- Confidence and dedication to go above and beyond for children with special needs.
- Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a similar or transferable role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with students and staff.
- Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
