Temporary Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Purchasing Assistant to support our client's Purchasing Team on a temporary basis. With a strong focus on accurate data input and administrative support, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is ready to get stuck in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place and progress purchase orders.
- Run and manage relevant reports.
- Update internal systems with delivery information.
- Log and verify delivery notes.
- Check invoices for pricing and quantity ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain and organise files through accurate and timely filing.

- Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- A team player with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
