- Ensuring projects meet quality, time, and cost requirements.
- Managing cost control, procurement, and financial reporting.
- A Quantity Surveying-related qualification to graduate level.
- Experience working within a local authority in a quantity surveying role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, procurement, and contract administration.
- Chartered membership of RICS
- Ability to apply financial control to multi-disciplinary projects.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
