Our client, a market leading independent estate agent, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Valuer/Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in the property industry, with a company that values excellence and professional growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Register and build rapport with potential Vendors.
- Arrange and conduct property valuations and viewings, providing unrivaled service.
- Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers.
- Arranging appointments for the mortgage broker and referring clients to solicitors.
- Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents.
- Generate and book in Property Valuations.
- Maintain accurate records of all Listings/Sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a Valuer role, within the property industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the local property market.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
