Residential Property Conveyancer Salary - £37,000 + DOE Location - Huddersfield or EllandFull-time office basedOur client is now looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their award-winning Legal 500 Firm in either their Huddersfield or Elland office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a reputable, well-established Firm which has multiple offices across Yorkshire. Job SummaryJob Title - Conveyancer Salary - £37k-£50k DOELocation - Huddersfield or EllandReports to - HODYou must be able to:- Manage your own varied caseload from instruction through to completion- Deal with complex enquiries, advise and respond in an appropriate manner- Draft legal documents such as; Transfer deeds, Declarations of Trusts and Statutory Declarations etc.- Provide supervision and support to your team - Deal with other stakeholders to the transaction- Bill correctly for work undertakenYou MUST have:- At least 3 years' managing a Residential caseload from inception to completion - Have experience in New Build transactions - Attention to detail- The ability to work under pressureIf you are interested in applying for the above role, please get in touch with Bethany Hinton @ Simpson Judge today.
