Salary: 24,000 with an uncapped performance related bonus. OTE of 65,000 +

About the role:

  • Understand customer's needs and preferences to provide outstanding service and personalized car recommendations
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and trade-ins to reach successful sales agreements
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Showcase and demonstrate luxury vehicle's features and benefits
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize dealership performance

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive - 2 years minimum
  • Strong understanding of luxury car brands and models
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
