About the role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales/Account Manager to lead our sales operations and contribute to the growth of our business. This is a newly created role, perfect for someone with a passion for sales and customer service, who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, identify target markets, and define clear sales objectives
  • Account Management: Reconnect with dormant accounts, manage existing relationships, and gather client feedback
  • Sales Goals: Report on sales goals and performance metrics
  • Customer Relationships: Build and nurture relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, providing feedback and coaching to drive performance
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to adapt strategies accordingly

About you:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A genuine interest and enthusiasm for crystals and the wider gemstone industry
  • Full driving licence
