We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Co-Ordinator to join our clients growing business and play a vital role in enhancing their customer experience. As part of the Sales Co-Ordinator team, youll be the heartbeat of the order processing operations, ensuring that every order is handled with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include processing orders received via email or phone, managing relationships with couriers and transport companies, and ensuring that data accuracy with orders and invoices is maintained to the highest standard.

In this dynamic role, youll also contact clients to gather missing information and address their queries promptly, to exceed their expectations at every stage of the process. Collaborating closely with the warehouse team, you'll ensure that deliveries are timely, helping to maintain their enviable reputation for reliability. Youll be responsible for keeping sales and customer records up to date, providing vital internal feedback on customer experiences, and staying informed about the latest products and features on the market to enhance your service.

As a Sales Co-Ordinator, your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be critical, especially in a busy environment where deadlines are strict. You'll exhibit strong organizational skills and be a dedicated team player who contributes positively to the team culture. If you have a strong customer service background, previous experience in sales support or order processing, and are technically minded, we want to hear from you. This is initially a 12-month temporary position, (to cover maternity leave), and will offer you the chance to make a significant impact and has the potential to become a permanent role.
