The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students to achieve their best.The Role: We are seeking passionate and dedicated English Teachers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for literature and language, and supporting students to achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging English lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
- Support the school's ethos and values.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Enhanced DBS
- A degree in English or a related subject.
- Experience teaching English at secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
