What You'll Be Doing:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will manage secondary school classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher. Your role will be to ensure students stay engaged with pre-set lesson plans, while maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment. Behaviour management will be a key part of your responsibilities, and your resilience will help you navigate the challenges of each classroom. You'll be the one to ensure students stay on task, even when faced with disruption, and create an environment conducive to learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage secondary school classrooms in the teacher's absence, ensuring a positive and productive environment.

- Proven experience in classroom management, with a strong ability to engage and control students.
- Resilience and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.
- A commitment to maintaining a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
