Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, your role will be to manage classrooms, deliver pre-set lessons, and maintain a positive and productive learning environment during the absence of the regular teacher. You will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity for students and supporting the wider school staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage secondary school classrooms in the teacher's absence.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students complete the assigned work.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
- Provide feedback to the school on the day's lessons and any issues that may arise.
