Retail shop assistant

Taskmaster Resources Ltd are looking for a shop assistant for a local retailer in the HD2 area. This is an outlet that sells to trade and the public alike. Applicants will need to have good, versatile customer service skills and to be confident, with significant retail experience.

Working hours are 8:45am-5pm Mon-Fri + 8:45am-12pm every Sat

Pay rate is £11.44 Mon-Fri & £17.16 for Sat am (for any hrs after 40 hrs per week)

Duties: assisting the public and trade customers with sales of food and drink, handling cash and taking card payments, raising trade invoices, collecting items from warehouse areas and restocking the shop, cleaning shelves and items and making sure that the area is presentable to customers at all times.
