About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of an award-winning and established children's EBD home provider in Huddersfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into a Deputy Management role, where you will be supported and developed by a highly experienced team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of the children's home.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support and lead a dedicated team of care professionals.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in residential care.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing environment for children and staff.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker in a children's residential setting.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of OFSTED regulations and standards.
  • Passionate about providing high-quality care and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desire to progress into a management role and willingness to learn.
