NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils who have Autism across the spectrum. This school caters for pupils across the Primary & Secondary age range and al positions are full-time working the hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday (term time only). The school are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals with a background in working with children or adults with Special Educational Needs or, candidates who are looking to transition from a care sector.

We are seeking candidates who are available to start ASAP and who have a real passion and drive to support students with additional needs and who is motivated to make a difference.

Successful applications will have:

  • Previous professional or personal experience with Special Educational Needs or, Care
  • Level 3 Qualification would be advantageous
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
  • Full-time availability
  • 2x professional references
  • Right to work in the UK
