Position: Behaviour Support Assistant Location: Huddersfield, UK

Are you a compassionate, patient, and empathetic individual with a passion for supporting students with Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our schools in Huddersfield to work in Alternative Provision Schools to support and help deliver tailored education for students who may not thrive in mainstream settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and understanding for students with SEMH needs.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support each student's development.

Requirements:
