• Proven experience as an Autism Specialist Supply Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within special educational needs (SEN) settings.

• Confidence and dedication to go above and beyond in supporting children with special needs.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a DBS certificate on the update service.
• Excellent adaptability and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and adapt to changing classroom environments.
