As an SEN Education Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support to children with a variety of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
• Work closely with teachers to implement education plans and adapt learning activities to suit the needs of each child.
• Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages students to thrive both academically and socially.
• Assist with the development of social skills and independence in a fun and engaging manner.
• Participate in training sessions as part of our collaboration with a prestigious multi-academy trust, which includes internal training for team teach techniques.

• Proven experience as an SEN Education Support Assistant or in a similar role with transferable skills.
• A strong desire to go above and beyond for children with special educational needs.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a DBS check on the update service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
