SEN Teaching Assistant - Huddersfield

We’ve spent over a decade building strong relationships with schools in Huddersfield and we’re now looking to increase our pool of SEN Teaching Assistants we can offer to these great schools. We have a variety of Teaching Assistant positions available, to start immediately.

The day to day needs of pupils:

  • MLD
  • ASC
  • Challening behaviours and complex needs
  • Dyslexia and ADHD
  • Neurotypical students and Neurodiverse students
  • Students with Speech and Languague Difficulties, Confidence issues, and Anxeity

About you:

  • Caring, pro-active and adaptable Teaching Assistant.
  • You will need to work on a one-to-one basis with students and with small groups.
  • You must demonstrate a happy, passionate and flexible disposition and want to make a genuine difference in children and young people's lives
  • It is also advantageous if the candidate has experience with sensory-based learning.
