Role and Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering personalised learning experiences for pupils with SEN.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and support the physical, emotional, and educational needs of pupils.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to support pupil development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children with SEN in a similar or transferable role.
- A valid DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
