Parts Advisor - Huddersfield Area
Franchised Motor Dealership
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm
Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm on a rota basis
Salary: £28k basic with £32k OTE
An established automotive dealership group is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team in Huddersfield. Representing some of the UK's most popular vehicle brands, this group has been serving customers for over a century with a strong commitment to quality and service.
As a Parts Advisor, you will:
Engage with customers daily to identify and source the parts they need.
Provide pricing, arrange product delivery, and support the in-house workshop.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory system.
Assist with regular stock checks.
Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role within a dealership, independent garage, or body shop is essential.
A UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
Strong customer service skills and good general computer proficiency.
