Sports Coach

Pay Scale: £94 to £115 per Day

The Role:

GSL Education's South Yorkshire branch is currently seeking a enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Coach to join a supportive Secondary School in Huddersfield. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for teaching the fundamental skills and techniques required for the sport, while helping students understand strategies, game plans, and the nuances of the sport.This position will require you to implement fitness programs to improve students' overall physical health and sport-specific conditioning.

The successful candidate will:

Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging sports lessons and activities
Encourage and motivate students to participate and excel in physical education
Organize and oversee school sports events and competitions
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students
Collaborate with other staff members to promote a holistic approach to education

Requirements:

Relevant coaching qualifications or experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Currently residing in the UK.
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
Passion for sports and student support.
