Stafforce are seeking a skilled and passionate Car Mechanic to join a dedicated team in Huddersfield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a particular focus on classic and luxury vehicles. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of high-performance cars, ensuring they meet the clients exacting standards.
What to expect:
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing on classic and luxury cars, including full strips and refurbishments.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic methods and equipment.
- Conduct engine and gearbox rebuilds, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Assist in the restoration of classic cars, including bodywork, interior, and mechanical components.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle's needs and repairs.
What we need from you:
- Proven experience as a Car Mechanic, with a focus on classic and luxury vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
