Salary:
45,165.12 to 50,144.64, dependent upon experience.
Shift Pattern:
Continental Shift Pattern (12-hour shifts, 2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 days off)

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Identify and resolve mechanical faults quickly and efficiently.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Lead to communicate downtime details and solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Ensure a smooth transfer between shifts with comprehensive written and verbal communication.
- Follow a clean as you go work ethic and maintain a well-organised work-space.
- Conduct routine maintenance as per the Preventative Maintenance Plan (PPM).
- Install new equipment as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Mechanical Maintenance Fitter time served or City & Guilds Level 3 equivalent
- Experience fault finding, repair, and general machinery maintenance
- Knowledge of Hydraulics, pneumatics. MIG/TIG Welding and Arc Welding
- Proactive problem solving approach
- Excellent understanding of health and safety procedures in an engineering environment
