Would you like to take financial control of a multi-site successful manufacturer in Hull?This could be the one for you!THE BENEFITS:Salary to c£80,00010% bonus scheme7% employer pension contributionLife assuranceCash back healthcare plan25 days holiday plus bank holidaysFree onsite parkingCafeteria facilitiesTHE ROLE: The Financial Controller will take control of the financial accounting and reporting process for the site, provide strategic information and insights to the management team to support effective decision making and oversee/monitor an effective compliance and control environment.Take a leading part in strategic projects, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, management of product costings in collaboration with the commercial team, take ownership of the site overheads, manage budgets and the delivery of timely closure for financial period endDrive the implementation of global accounting policies, compliant and effective taxation activities, oversee treasury and cash managementSupport accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, periodic forecasting and planning activities, manage relationships with the auditorsManage and support a small finance team, work and liaise effectively with colleagues outside the UKA full and detailed job description is availableTHE CANDIDATE:You are a fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Financial Controller with previous experience of the manufacturing sector and managing a small teamAn effective communicator at all levels, you have a collaborative work and leadership style enabling a consultative decision-making process to provide swift resultsExperience of ERP systems implementation and integration would be a big plusTHE COMPANY:Our client operates in the manufacturing sector and has sites both in the UK and Europe.
