THE BENEFITS:

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day financial control of a long established and highly successful privately owned business in the FMCG sector.
- Preparation of management and financial accounts including year end statutory accounts for the auditors
- Cashflows, forecasts, management of a small accounts and admin team, weekly P & L, oversee the payroll process
The position goes way beyond just the number crunching! In this role you will be involved in many different aspects of the business including meeting and negotiating with suppliers, working alongside the procurement, warehousing and distribution teams while at the same time being available for Director level meetings.

You are a fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant looking for a challenging, hands-on role offering exceptional upwards career progression for the future. You are more than just a number cruncher! The role would suit a candidate who has qualified in professional practice followed by entry into industry, however candidates who are still in practice and have the relevant skills, experience and commercial awareness will also be considered.
Candidates should be aware that this is a site-based role, 5 days per week. The location however is in the west Hull area and within easy reach of the A63, Humber Bridge, Beverley, Hull central and the surrounding East Yorkshire villages
