- Preparation of the weekly management accounts, including:
- Reconciliation of weekly sales figures
- Preparation of weekly cost of sales, packaging, transport and labour figures
- Preparation of rolling overhead figures
- Assist with the preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Accounts receivable control
- Stock reconciliations and reporting
- Management of a team of two finance assistants
- To provide data to operations and commercial teams to assist with decision making
- Ad-hoc project work and maintenance of general ledger
- Education of operational teams at all levels, drive improvements through challenging business KPIs, operational performance and procedures
- Ideally later stages PQ or Qualified CIMA/ACCA or strong QBE
- Strong manufacturing and operational reporting experience
- Proven ability to build relationships cross functionally and a passion to get into the wider business and add value
