Description

• Preparing management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations, prepayments, accruals, posting journals
• Involvement in producing and analysing stock valuations reports
• Managing and reporting on the companies trading agreements including tracking of dates, rebates, etc.
• Daily communications with customers on new credit accounts, credit limit reviews and credit account positions.
• Daily communications with suppliers, scheduling supplier payments, settlement discounts and general account queries
• Control of the company bank accounts and associated administration
• Bank reconciliations
• Cash flow forecasts
• Reconciliation of credit card statements
• VAT returns
• Regulatory correspondence including HMRC, pensions, etc.
• Producing financial and management reports

Profile

• Have gained relevant experience to make a strong impact on this varied role
• Previous use of sage is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work independently, but also be apart of a close knit team
• Strong communication skills
• Ambitious, motivated and driven
