Chase & Holland is seeking a Management Accountant for a fast-growing international manufacturing business near Hull, offering a salary of up to £50,000.
The role involves preparing monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations, among other responsibilities.
Candidates should be CIMA/ACCA qualified or in the later stages of their studies, with strong IT skills and effective communication abilities.
Experience in manufacturing is desirable but not essential, and the position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail under pressure.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

Preparation and management of the monthly Management Accounts
Preparation of monthly reporting pack, including commentary
Produce timely and accurate financial information that leads to and supports the weekly reporting and monthly management accounts.
Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany trading and funding balances
Ad-hoc reporting and project work
Support initiatives and drive systems/process improvements
Review and challenge accuracy of forecasting
Provide weekly and monthly variance analysis of actuals vs budget and variations
Supporting the budgeting process

My client is looking to find someone who is:

CIMA/ ACCA Qualified or later stages studier
IT Literate including Excel and ERP systems
Strong organisational & effective communication skills
Keen eye for detail, able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Experience in manufacturing would be highly desirable although not essential
