Description
- Prepare financial statements and budget reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to aid business decision-making.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors.
- Participate in financial projects within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- ACCA/CIMA part qualified or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector would be preferential but not essential.
Job Offer
