Description
- Lead a robust finance team, driving productivity and maintaining high standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee and manage budget planning and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Provide insightful information and expectations to the company's executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Salary on offer - £45,000
- 4 days on site, 1 at home
- 12 Month Fixed Contract
