Purpose of the Role

Are you an experienced finance professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for treasury and accounting? This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in financial operations, from managing cash flow to supporting an ERP system transition. If you're analytical, proactive, and eager to make an impact, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

?? Treasury Operations - Set up and process payments in both GBP and foreign currencies.?? Cash Flow & Reconciliation - Prepare and submit weekly cash flow forecasts, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations.?? Financial Reporting - Assist in the preparation of monthly management information and general ledger maintenance.?? Audit Preparation - Support year-end audit processes and resolve queries efficiently.?? ERP System Transition - Assist in data cleansing and configuration to support a smooth transition to a new system.?? VAT & Fixed Assets - Maintain the fixed asset register and prepare quarterly VAT returns.?? Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for efficiency in financial processes and reporting.

What We're Looking For

? A proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills.? Hands-on experience in accounting and treasury functions.? Strong IT proficiency, particularly in spreadsheets; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.? Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.? Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.? A high level of accuracy and professionalism in financial reporting.? A willingness to learn and adapt, particularly during the ERP system transition.
