An exciting opportunity is available for the right candidate to join an established finance team.Joining a team of 3, this role will largely be focussed on payroll for approx 50 staff members as well as HR/admin processes. However, for more experienced applicants, monthly/weekly finance reporting will also be required to take some of the workload from the Finance Director.Full-time and part-time applicants will both be considered. The role offers flexible hours and a weekly work from home day, if required.Responsibilities will include:* Undertake all weekly Payroll processing, administration and queries* Manage all HR-specific administration, including induction and apprentice paperwork, employment contracts, holiday, absence and training information in a timely and accurate manner* Process weekly sub-contractor applications and all CIS requirements* Support the Finance Assistant with Purchasing processing & administration as and when required* Process company credit card statements* Undertake general administration and office duties e.g. filing, record keeping, reviewing and responding to emails, laminating, post, IT issues, stationery* Telephone answering, dealing with correspondence, responding to customer enquiries and requests* Production of daily/weekly and ad hoc reports for all areas of the business* Provide Meeting support/facilitation and undertake minute taking* Other tasks and duties commensurate with the roleWhat you'll get in returnFlexible working options available.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
