We are currently recruiting for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work on an agency basis within an urgent treatment centre in Hull. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner you will have an important role to play in supporting and enhancing primary care service provision.

The chosen candidate will be able to choose their own working pattern and hours will be completely flexible, allowing you to work around your current commitments. We have Full-time and Part-time hours available to start immediately.

SHIFTS: Shifts available Monday to Sunday

SHIFT PATTERNS: Long Days - 07.00-20.00 or 09.00-22.00

The Role:

  • Complex patient reviews/assessments
  • Diagnosing acute and chronic conditions
  • Treatment of minor illnesses
  • Prescribing and reviewing medication
  • Advising on prescribed medication
  • Evaluating treatment plans
  • Managing conditions holistically
  • Ensuring joined-up call for all patients

The Person

  • Current NMC Registration
  • 12 months minimum UK experience working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge and skills for assessing, diagnosing, and managing complex health conditions.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in healthcare.
