The Opportunity

The Project Design Engineer will play a critical role in developing and delivering large-scale heat pump and district heating systems, ensuring projects are designed to the highest standards of efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed technical designs for heat pump and district heating systems.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, heat load calculations, and system modelling.

  • Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless integration of designs into live projects.

  • Support technical sales and bid teams by providing engineering expertise during proposals.

  • Prepare technical documentation, schematics, and installation specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

  • Stay up to date with advancements in renewable energy technologies.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in engineering or a related field

  • Experience in the design of renewable energy, HVAC, or mechanical engineering projects

  • Strong understanding of heat pump technology and district heating systems (preferred)
