Location: Hull, HU7 0AE

Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 40 hours per week. 08:30 - 17:00 with 30 minutes lunch and an additional 15minute break

Role is office based (Candidate to live in Hull or surrounding areas)

About the role:

Are you looking to work for a progressive and dynamic business?

Due to growth, Reality Solutions are looking to add a diligent Sales Administrator to the team.

You will drive sales and revenue for Reality Solutions through administrative efficiency.

Salary, dependent on experience plus a monthly incentive structure.

Job Role:

  • Provide administrative support to Directors, Head of Sales & Marketing and Business Development Team.
  • Providing the highest standards of both written and verbal communication.
  • Preparation of quotations and proposals.
  • Answering calls to the sales team line and passing enquiries to the necessary areas of the business.
  • Logging progress of sales through the CRM system
  • Retrieving and collating information packs requested by colleagues.
  • Creating order packs and documents such as sales orders
  • Creating and maintaining Trello cards for opportunities
  • Requesting quotes from suppliers and account managers.
  • Responsible for creating visible "to do" lists.
  • Meeting monthly discretionary KPI's
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
