Based in the city centre (with free parking), you will support the company's management team with day to day finance and administration duties.You will be responsible for uploading the daily financial transactions onto an Excel-based system, chasing invoices and payments, allocating payments to accounts, updating budgets, amending customer accounts, handling and resolving queries, handling internal communications as well as ah hoc office duties. This is a very varied and interesting position within a small and friendly team who value their people and put employees first. There is also the scope to get involved in some charity and social value based work if interested.The role is 4 days a week with flexible hours, including 2 days per week from home if required.The successful person will have recent and relevant finance experience coupled with strong admin and customer service skills.The salary for 4 days per week is £22,400 per annum.
