Page Personnel are working with a well established Technology business based in Hull, due to a period of absence within the Finance team, our client have a new, 9 month fixed term contract Purchase Ledger Clerk position available.

Page Personnel are working with a well established Technology business based in Hull, due to a period of absence within the Finance team, our client have a new, 9 month fixed term contract Purchase Ledger Clerk position available. Our client is a high quality IT business that operate on a worldwide scale, they have a well established Finance team and can offer an immediate start to this fixed term contract.

Description

  • Production of daily bank reconciliations in multi currencies
  • Cash allocation of bank receipts and payments
  • Resolving cash allocation queries
  • Ledger maintenance
  • Processing high volumes of company invoices
  • Raising PO's and assisting with monthly payment runs
  • Creation of manual purchase ledger payments

Profile

  • Will be immediately available to start this role or working on a reduced notice period
  • Will be confident with the duties listed above
  • Have a strong attention to detail and strong numerical skills
  • Be able to commit to this position for the 9 month fixed term contract period

Job Offer

Salary up to £25,000 per annum + immediate start available + 9 month fixed term contract + hybrid working available (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home) + accessible Hull location + possibility for extension within this role.
