You will be working alongside a dedicated accounts team processing invoices, reconciliations and undertaking payment runs and month end duties. This full-time role would suit someone with considerable Accounts Payable experience and a professional team orientated work ethic.
THE ROLE
Full time and office based
Work within the accounts team by taking ownership of a high-volume purchase ledger.
Matching, batching, coding, reconciling invoices before undertaking payment runs.
Accurately process all related administration and solve all account queries.
To be the successful candidate, experience of the above duties is essential.
THE CANDIDATE
Must have the ability to process purchase ledger, reconciliations and month end. Possess experience working in a fast-paced accounts department.
Able to remain calm, focused and accurate whilst striving towards deadlines.
Strong and confident communicator, able to prioritise workload.
Training can be provided; however, some ledger knowledge is required.
