Responsibilities:

As a Purchase Ledger, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of the purchase ledger function, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Handling supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient processing and payment of invoices.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end procedures as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience working in a purchase ledger role, with a strong understanding of SAP.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
