CCP are looking for a Five9 Solutions Consultant for a brilliant start-up consultancy client whose offices are based in Yorkshire. This role can be hybrid or fully remote (depending on your location) and we're looking for someone with strong contact centre experience (utilising Five9 specifically), and you'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. You'll conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements and contact centre challenges, providing strategic advice on how to improve outbound connect rates, agent productivity, and customer engagement. You'll be able to recommend industry best practices, utilising your experience to positively benefit your client, educating your client so they they fully understand the data behind their performance, translating complex insights into actionable steps. Does this sound like you? This role is paying £35,000 - £45,000 (possibly more for the right candidate) with potential share options available further down the line. To be considered for this role, you must be a proactive individual with a 'can-do' attitude. Our clients ethos is "progress over perfection" so you'll need to be comfortable working at pace, pivoting if required at short notice to deliver for your clients. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ? Contact Centre Experience – You have worked in a contact centre, preferably as a Team Leader, Dialler Analyst, or Contact Centre Manager.? Performance Strategy Expertise – You can confidently advise on outbound connect rates, agent productivity, and lead conversion strategies.? Technical Mindset – You’re comfortable working with contact centre technology, data, and performance metrics.? Project Management Skills – You can oversee client projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.? Client-Facing Expertise – You can translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable strategies for clients.? Entrepreneurial Drive – You thrive in a fast-paced consultancy, owning your workload and driving results.? Data-Driven Thinker – You can interpret contact centre data, identify trends, and form strategic recommendations. BONUS POINTS If you have: ? Experience in Dialler Management or Real-Time Monitoring ? Familiarity with Five9, NICE, Talk Desk, Genesys, or other contact centre platforms (training provided) ? Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) & Power BI experience This opportunity is being recruited for by CCP.
