Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound telephone calls, send emails, and arrange video calls to promote  products and services.
  • Proactively follow up and nurture inquiries generated through the website and other lead generation channels
  • Focus on business growth from existing clients and generate new business by nurturing existing database contacts and reaching out to new specifiers and end users.
  • Follow up on quotation requests, liaising with internal and external colleagues and other departments to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell products and services in line with the sales and marketing plan.
  • Update and maintain CRM records detailing all activity and relevant follow-up actions.

Ideal Candidate Qualities

  • Creative experience (ideally a degree or equivalent in a creative field such as graphic design).
  • Enthusiastic and proactive about finding new clients and business opportunities.
  • Professional customer service approach with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Proven track record of bringing projects to a satisfactory and timely conclusion.
  • Experience in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office.
  • Strong team player with good organisational and methodical skills.
