Sonic Summary

The Remote Telesales Advisor position is a full-time role offering a base salary of £23,000 with an OTE of £29,000 to £30,000.
Candidates are expected to make 150 to 200 outbound sales calls daily and achieve sales targets of 7 to 10 sales per day.
A minimum of 12 months of targeted phone sales experience within the last three years is preferred, but candidates from call center or retail sales backgrounds may also be considered.
The role requires a quiet workspace at home and comfort with remote working, along with a strong desire to exceed targets while adhering to compliance and regulations.

Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team to hit their targets).
Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

12 months experience of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years is preferred however we could also consider candidates from a Call Centre or Retails Sales background.
A quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
