Your new companyI have recently partnered with a leading supplier of Wind Turbine support in the wind energy industry, to recruit a new Business Development Manager due to company growth.The company is a wind turbine service provider and their core purpose is to provide expert support to ensure that the wind industry continues to run without disruption, whether that be through maintenance of turbines, support with construction and installation, workforce provision, or ensuring all technicians are fully qualified and trained to the best quality.Your new roleAs a Business Development Manager, you will focus on expanding market share by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the wind industry. This outward-facing role requires a proactive, sales-driven approach to generating new leads, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The position is critical in supporting the company's 2025 sales plan by targeting essential end users and broadening the company's reach across the sector.What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the onshore wind industry.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of wind industry technical requirements and challenges.
