- Ensure compliance with marketing standards and best practices across the division.
- Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Proven success in marketing, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- Experience with campaign execution using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- A positive, collaborative team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence effectively and manage external agency relationships.
