On behalf of our client, a global leader in refining solutions, Grafton Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and executing strategic initiatives. THE ROLE:

Some of your responsibilities as a Sales and Business Development Manager:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the industrial processing and refining sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with both customer goals and global market trends.
  • Keep informed about the latest industry developments, emerging technologies, and changes in market dynamics.
  • Conduct F2F meetings with the clients, to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Address customer concerns related to products and services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present the company's value proposition and technical offerings to senior level decision makers.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high level of customer satisfaction after the sale.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales, business development, or operations in the industrial processing or refining sector.
  • Experience working with global clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and plan effectively.
  • Result-oriented approach and the ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
