You will develop your career with a great team, supporting you in, inspections and reporting, building pathology, design and managing projects. You will also be working closely with clients to ensure successful project outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, making use of your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills. This role is open to both Ex-Military and Civilian applicants with the necessary recognised accreditation.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage building surveying projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget and on schedule.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of buildings, identifying defects, and providing comprehensive reports to clients.
  • Offer expert advice on building regulations, planning permissions, and compliance with relevant industry standards.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, integrating them into project delivery where applicable.

Qualifications and Experience

  • BSc in Building Surveying, or a related field.
  • Early expertise in building pathology, defect diagnosis, and building regulations.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
