Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager, focusing on steel frame projects in the Hull area. The ideal candidate will oversee commercial aspects of projects, ensuring financial control, contract management, and risk mitigation. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining their high standards and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all commercial activities for steel frame projects.
• Ensure effective contract management and administration.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting.
• Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Negotiate contracts and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure project delivery aligns with commercial objectives.
• Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the construction industry, particularly with steel frame projects working for a Main Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial practices.
• Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards.
• Relevant degree or professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) are desirable.

Benefits:

• Salary range (depending on experience and qualifications): 80,000 - 100,000 plus package.
• Package includes: Car allowance, fuel card, annual leave, annual bonuses, medical and life insurance.
