As Commercial Manager you will play a key role in managing all pre and post contract commercial aspects of projects, ensuring successful commercial outcomes.

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for:Â
- Supporting tender processed for new projects
- Client contract negotiations, suppliers and subcontractors
- Identifying contract risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Developing and managing project budgets including accurate forecasting
- Acting as the primary commercial contact for clients
- Developing and maintaining key relations with a range of clients
The Commercial Manager will need:Â
- Previous experience in a QS role
- Experience of managing or coaching other QS staff
- Strong understanding of construction contracts
- Excellent negotiation, communication and people skills
